Yes, track and field never looked so good.
Sarah De Herdt has gained attention previously as a sprinter with an incredible bodybuilding frame. Sarah reportedly won the Belgium Nabba fitness award in 2002 and took the title the following year. She was reportedly also a 2006 finalist in the body finesse Belgian Championships.
But pictures hitting today win an award of their own.
Sarah says of her love of sports (in a poor translation posted online): “It would be a difficult choice because one side of athletics this is my faovirte song is really what I love. But on the other hand, body building has side lot more fun, more festive and it’s more .. But I think even when I would opt for athletics anyway”.
Pictures posted online today show reportedly Sarah in the gym doing arm extensions, tricep pulldowns, leg presses, shoulder raises, bench press, squats, and various other bodybuilding lifts.Sarah’s form is great but most will be impressed by her clothing selection. One bald guy with a black outfit joins her in another set. It’s not quite clear what his role is. But he might very well be every guy’s envy today.
